Welcome to the Proving Ground.

A free Provn Profile is proof of what you can do. Projects you build. Videos of your approach. Objective scores that show companies where you stand and show you where to sharpen. Create a free account and search our curated challenge library.

If you're job searching, you already know: the resume is dead.

Applying to 50 to 100 jobs a week and hearing nothing back isn't a personal failing. It's a broken system. Everyone is using AI to rewrite their job history to read as AI-driven and match the description, so every resume looks the same. Yours included. Provn is the solution.

Provn Commitments To The Applicant Experience

  1. Not Ghosted.

Hiring managers see you, hear you, and review every completed project.

  2. Feedback.

Specific feedback on every project and presentation. Review, revise, resubmit.

  3. Today's Proof.

Each project strengthens proof of your skills today. The Provn Profile replaces the resume.

Apply with today's capabilities, not last year's achievements.

Prove each of your resume bullet points with a project and a walkthrough. Show, don't tell.

  1. Projects built from challenge prompts written with AI-driven companies.
  2. Video walkthroughs of your approach, your decision points, your iterations.
  3. Objective scores against the rubrics companies hire with.
  4. Your resume, uploaded once to populate your employment history, education, and certifications.

Send 100 resumes and you learn nothing. Save one project and, within two business days, the Provn team reviews it and tells you what's working, what isn't, and what to sharpen. No guessing what to build. Specific, human recommendations on every project. You walk into interviews knowing your score and your story.

Build it once. Use it for every role you want. When you apply, your Profile becomes a Provn Application. You don't have to be job hunting to be here. Plenty of builders are closing a skill gap while still employed. The job can come later.

A builder is not a job title.

A builder knows the customer, understands how work gets done, and is fluent enough with AI to automate the parts that used to take a team. Companies working with Provn, like arrivia, are combining roles for exactly this reason. On a zero-to-one team, nobody cares whether the title says product, design, or engineering. You do all of it. The titles come back as the product scales. The builder moves between them.

For Job Searchers

You're refining your story, prepping for interviews, and sending resumes into the black hole behind an easy-apply button. You should be seen for what you can build. Your Provn Profile and your Provn Applications put your solutions in front of companies hiring for exactly that work.

For Career Transitioners

You don't fit neatly into one job title anymore. Maybe you're an engineer moving into product, or a designer prototyping with AI. Take on challenge prompts from the work you're moving toward, build the projects, and let a hiring manager watch you do it. That travels further than a job history locked to one role.

For Upskillers

Solo practice only takes you so far. The feedback loop is what moves you. Build against the same hard problems other builders are working on, get your work read, and iterate. What you learn ends up visible instead of invisible.

For The Best

Are you the best at what you do? Prove it in the AI Talent Draft. Take on challenges from businesses transforming their industry with AI, climb the leaderboards in software, design, and product, and compete for cash prizes. The other prize is visibility, because employers start at the top of the board.

These roles are open right now. Apply with your free Provn Profile.

A Provn Application does two things a resume can't. It gets you the interview, and it walks in with you. The hiring manager has already read your solution and watched your video, so the conversation starts where most interviews end. Apply to an open role today.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Proving Ground?

The Proving Ground is a curated library of challenging questions asked by AI-driven companies transforming their industries. Take on prompts organized by occupation and role, save your work and your walkthroughs in your Provn Profile, and get specific, actionable feedback within 2 business days, whether or not you're applying to anything.

What is a challenge prompt?

A challenge prompt is a business problem to solve, drawn from the work AI-driven companies are doing right now. Provn writes and organizes these prompts by occupation and role, and some are attached to specific open jobs. The prompt is the starting point, not the finish line. What matters is what you build in response, the thinking behind it, and how much better it gets on the second pass.

What goes into a Provn Profile?

A Provn Profile holds the projects you complete from challenge prompts, the video walkthroughs where you describe your approach and your decisions, and Provn's evaluation of that work. It also holds the familiar credentials, employment history, education, and certifications, populated from the resume you upload when you join and shared with employers on every application. Everything a resume carries lives there, alongside the proof a resume never could. You own it, and it's built to be shared, in an application, on a professional page, or with a hiring manager directly.

What is the difference between a Provn Profile and a Provn Application?

A Provn Profile is the portfolio you own and grow across every project you save. A Provn Application is what you submit to one open role, the project built for that role, the video walkthrough, and Provn's evaluation, packaged for the hiring manager. The Profile is the body of work. The Application is the case you make for one job. Nobody should start from scratch for every company they apply to.

What kind of feedback do builders receive, and how fast?

Every completed project saved to a Provn Profile gets feedback within 48 hours, reviewed by people on the Provn team. The feedback is specific, what is working, what is not, and what to do about it. Because the prompts come from questions companies are hiring against, that guidance points straight at what those companies want, instead of leaving you to guess.

Does a builder have to apply for a job to get feedback?

No. Feedback comes with any completed project saved to a Provn Profile, attached to a job or not. Take on a prompt purely to sharpen a skill, get it reviewed, and iterate. You never have to apply to anything.

How does a builder move into a new field without direct experience in it?

By building in the new field and letting the work speak before the title does. Take on challenge prompts from the occupation you're moving toward, build the projects with AI, and save them to your Profile. Employers hiring through Provn see finished, evaluated work across disciplines. That says more about what you bring to a team than a job history locked to one role.

What are the leaderboards, and how does a builder get on one?

The leaderboards rank the strongest builders by discipline, including software engineering, design, and product. You earn a place by completing challenge prompts and saving strong, well-reviewed work to your Profile. Competitions like the AI Talent Draft, launching this fall, are another way to climb. It matters beyond bragging rights. When employers come to Provn to hire, the top of the leaderboard is the first place they look.
