AI Initiatives Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead AI transformation initiatives across Brilliant Earth's business operations. This strategic role will drive the integration of AI-powered workflows throughout our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance our business and customer experience. This is highly detail-oriented work that requires navigating multiple databases and knowledge systems to identify root causes, resolve problems, and prevent them from recurring.
