The AI Career Sprint, Builder Track

Build with AI. Prove your skills.

Eight weeks of work that behaves like a job, not a course. You’re scored in week 0 and again in week 8, on the rubric a hiring manager actually wrote. The difference is your proof.

Clutch, State of AI Hiring 2026

A certificate says you attended. A score says what you can do. Hiring teams have stopped believing the first one.

The one idea

Everyone in this market teaches. Nobody scores. We score.

You don’t leave with notes. You leave with two scored builds, a video walkthrough of your reasoning, and a measured change on an employer rubric.

That record goes on your Provn Profile, where employers can see it. It’s built from your work, not your pedigree.

The curriculum

Eight weeks. Eight sessions. One measured change.

Cohort capped at 25. Next cohort starts October 13, 2026. Open to product, program, design, data and engineering.

  1. Week 0, self-paced

    Foundations + baseline

Eight short modules on models, prompting, checking output, research, messy data and shipping. Then a cold baseline challenge.

    You own

Your baseline score and a gap report.

  2. Week 1, live

    The honest audit

Delegation: what to hand a model and what stays yours.

    You own

A gap map and three job descriptions reverse-engineered into rubrics.

  3. Week 2, live

    Speed

Description: context engineering. A real two-week task, compressed into four hours.

    You own

    A before-and-after benchmark.

  4. Week 3, live

    Stop prompting, start building

Orchestration: encoded instructions, tool calls and human approval gates.

    You own

Portfolio piece 1: a working system.

  5. Week 4, live

    Real data breaks it

Discernment: building evals for output that changes every run.

    You own

An eval harness and failure analysis. Scored.

  6. Week 5, live

    Three at once

Running parallel AI workstreams without losing the thread.

    You own

    Throughput evidence.

  7. Week 6, live

    The customer

Diligence: a cross-discipline squad ships while the constraints change on day 3.

    You own

A shipped prototype and handoff. Scored.

  8. Week 7, live

    Say it out loud

Explaining your AI-assisted decisions on camera, recorded twice.

    You own

    A video walkthrough, reviewed 1:1.

  9. Week 8, live

    Draft Day

A full scenario scored on a live employer rubric.

    You own

Your final score, your week-0-to-8 delta, and a Draft Board decision.

What you walk out with

A record, not a certificate.

Two scored builds

A working system and a shipped prototype, each scored on an employer rubric.

A video walkthrough

Your reasoning on camera, reviewed one-to-one. The thing a resume can’t fake.

Your score delta

Week 0 against week 8, same instrument. Proof you got better, in numbers.

A verification record

What you checked, what the model got wrong, and how you caught it.

A Provn Profile

Everything above, attached to a Profile you own and employers can see.

A shot at the Draft Board

Score 80+ in week 8 and Provn employers review your portfolio.

One thing we won’t promise: a job. We promise a scored record of what you can do. What you do with it is yours.

Apply if

  • Your role is changing because of AI and you want to be ahead of it.
  • You scored 60–79 on a Provn challenge and want to clear 80.
  • You learn by building, not by watching.
  • You can give it 2 to 4 hours a week for eight weeks.

Don’t apply if

  • You want a certificate. We don’t issue them.
  • You have an interview next week. Book Interview Prep.
  • You want resume help. Book a Resume Review.
  • You can’t commit the time. The scores will show it.

Buying coaching never changes a score. Evaluators can’t see who paid.Paid services are not available for a role where Provn is running the search for that employer. If you are in an active Provn search, readiness support is free.

Questions before you apply

Who is the Sprint for?

Working professionals in product, program, design, data and engineering whose roles are being rebuilt by AI, and who want scored proof they can do the new version of the job.

How is this different from an AI course?

Courses teach and hand out certificates. The Sprint is scored. You take the same kind of challenge in week 0 and week 8, on a rubric an employer wrote, and your score delta is the proof.

What do I need to know before I start?

No prior AI experience is required. You need to be comfortable with the basics of your own discipline and able to commit about 2 to 4 hours a week, including the live session.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded. You still complete that week’s work; your 1:1 review covers anything you missed.

Where does the 4D AI Fluency Framework come from?

The 4D AI Fluency Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) was developed by Prof. Rick Dakan and Prof. Joseph Feller with Anthropic and is licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. The Sprint uses it; Provn did not create it.

Does paying for a service affect my Provn score?

No. Buying coaching never changes a score. Evaluators can’t see who paid. Paid services are not available for a role where Provn is running the search for that employer; candidates in an active Provn search get readiness support free.

Can my employer reimburse this?

Often, yes. Ask at booking or in your application and we will send a receipt and a reimbursement letter your finance or learning team can use.

Is there a guarantee?

No. This is skills-development feedback only. There is no guarantee of employment or of any interview outcome, Provn is not affiliated with any employer’s hiring process, and nothing here is an employment decision.

25 seats. Eight weeks. One number that proves it.
