This role is Hybrid: 3 days /Week onsite

TalentReach is partnering with a growing sustainable-infrastructure SaaS company to help them hire a Technical Implementation Lead---an early, high-impact role focused on rebuilding and scaling their customer delivery function. This person will own enterprise customer onboarding end-to-end, bring order to messy financial data flows, and create the playbooks and standards that become the foundation for a future implementation team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead enterprise customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, ensuring a consistent, repeatable implementation experience.
  • Translate messy financial data (Excel, NetSuite, GL codes, portfolio data) into accurate, structured workflows within the platform.
  • Build all implementation frameworks from scratch: documentation, standards, best practices, delivery checklists, and playbooks.
  • Serve as the bridge between Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering to streamline delivery and ensure product roadmap alignment.
  • Own technical integrations across ERP, CRM, and financial systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and API-based data flows.
  • Improve time-to-value and help the company scale upmarket by establishing a world-class, enterprise-ready implementation motion.
  • Eventually grow and lead a small implementation team as the organization expands.
Required Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS implementation experience.
  • Strong experience with complex system integrations including ERPs (especially NetSuite), CRMs, and financial data pipelines.
  • Ability to interpret and normalize financial data: GL codes, spreadsheets, portfolio data, transactional information.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch in high-growth or founder-led environments.
  • History of working cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Engineering in a deeply collaborative model.
  • Comfort being the first person in the function, building structure in ambiguity.
  • Strong project management instincts and exceptional customer-facing communication skills.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with financial institutions, banks, asset managers, or infrastructure/renewable energy customers.
  • Background working with API-driven integrations, data mapping, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and complex financial ERP workflows (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks).
