About the Role: They're seeking a creative and technically skilled Senior AI Experience Engineer to build intelligent, user-centric, AI-powered applications. This role focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing AI experiences using large language models (LLMs), agents, and third-party APIs. You won't be training models or tuning hyperparameters—you'll be shaping how users interact with AI in production. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered product features using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and custom APIs
• Prototype intelligent user experiences such as chat interfaces, summarization tools, recommendation engines, and workflow automation
• Integrate third-party AI models and services into web and mobile apps, ensuring security, latency, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, design, and UX teams to translate AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Fine-tune prompts, orchestration logic, and fallback behaviors for consistent, high-quality output
• Partner with data engineers and backend developers to pipe relevant data into AI-driven features
• Monitor, test, and refine real-world performance using human-in-the-loop feedback and analytics

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with backend or full-stack focus
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience building and maintaining production services
• Proven experience building with AI agents and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom agents)
• Proficiency in building APIs and front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with foundation model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Google)
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and LLM-based user interactions
• Understanding of REST APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and evaluation workflows for AI performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams
• Strong sense of ownership and persistence — comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory components, model routing, or multi-agent systems
• Familiarity with AI agent monitoring tools such as Humanloop, PromptLayer, or LangSmith
• Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable app deployment
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and secure, responsible AI deployment patterns
