Agentic AI Engineer
TalentReach is supporting a rapidly growing technology company in finding an Agentic AI Engineer who can help drive the next generation of AI-powered product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in full-stack engineering, enjoys building scalable systems, and is excited to work with modern AI-assisted development environments like Cursor, Windsurf, and other advanced tooling. You'll work closely with senior leadership to architect core features, integrate AI capabilities, and build platform components used by thousands of medical and dental professionals.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- You will build and scale backend services using Python and Django, develop modern and responsive React applications, and work with company leadership to translate high-level concepts into production-ready systems.
- You'll integrate advanced AI models and data-driven capabilities into the platform, participate in architectural design and code reviews, and ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security across all components.
- This role also contributes to improving the engineering environment through the use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and similar platforms.
**What You'll Bring**
- You have 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python, Django, and React, along with a track record of building scalable, complex SaaS products.
- You're familiar with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and understand CI/CD workflows, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and modern frontend practices.
- You communicate clearly, work well in fast-moving environments, and bring a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with AI or ML integrations is helpful but not required.
**BONUS QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical technology is valuable and considered a plus.
